A delicious and easy recipe for Garlic Honey Soy Chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and sesame oil.
- Toss chicken pieces in the marinade and add marinated chicken in batches and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour remaining marinade into the pan with cooked chicken; simmer for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- This dish is great served over rice or noodles.
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight.
