  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Bake the Cake: Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Cake Balls: Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Add the cream cheese frosting and mix until well combined and the mixture holds together. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate the cake balls for at least 1 hour to firm them up.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  5. Coat the Cake Balls: Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate and place back on the parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle red and green sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
  6. Set: Allow the chocolate to set completely. You can speed this up by placing them in the refrigerator.
