Description

A delicious Keto-friendly cranberry cream dessert that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Homemade Keto Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit/allulose
  • pinch of salt
  • optional: toasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream to a cold mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer, until you get stiff peaks. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, add in the cream cheese and whip up.
  3. Add in the cranberry sauce and sweetener.
  4. Continue mixing, until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream in 3 additions.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Spoon into serving glasses and top with the (optional) toasted slivered almonds and serve.

Notes

  • This dessert can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
