Ingredients

- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Add the softened butter and milk to a mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment of a stand mixer, mix on low to medium speed for about 2 minutes.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Next, increase the speed to high and beat for another 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
- Spoon the whipped butter into an airtight container.
- Then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be used on bread, vegetables, or as a topping for various dishes.
