Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Line a cupcake tray with liners and pour the batter into each liner.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
