Description
Delicious sliders made with King’s Hawaiian rolls, cooked turkey, and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3/4 – 1 pound cooked turkey (leftover or deli sliced)
- 12 slices cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
- Place the bottom half in a 9×13 baking dish and spread mayonnaise evenly.
- Layer half of the turkey over the mayo, then top with cheese slices, and the remaining turkey.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top to close the sliders.
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then whisk in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
