Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, gently unroll the crescent roll dough. Arrange the triangles in a circular shape, ensuring that their points face the center of the circle.
  4. Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture evenly onto the wide ends of the crescent dough triangles, leaving some space between each for folding.
  5. Fold the points of the dough over the filling, tucking them underneath to create a circular shape, like a crown.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
  7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
