Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Remove the steak from the fridge and let it rest.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Slice the rested steak against the grain.
