Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

  3. On the baking sheet, place small mounds of cheddar cheese about 2 inches apart and flatten them slightly.
  4. Add a dollop of the spinach mixture onto the center of each cheese mound.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each one.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and bubbly.
