Delicious cheddar and spinach mounds that are baked to perfection, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and spinach until creamy.
- On the baking sheet, place small mounds of cheddar cheese about 2 inches apart and flatten them slightly.
- Add a dollop of the spinach mixture onto the center of each cheese mound.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each one.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and bubbly.
- Let them rest for 2–3 minutes to crisp up, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the spinach mixture.
