Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and half of the chopped parsley. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well blended. Shape the mixture into small patties.

  2. Cook the Patties: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties in batches, about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
