Delicious frozen meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect as an appetizer.
Ingredients

- 900 g (2 lb) frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)
- 360 ml (1½ cups) cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 240 ml (1 cup) chili sauce
- 120 ml (½ cup) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add the frozen meatballs to a large saucepan or slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Stovetop: Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slow Cooker: Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1½–2 hours.
- Serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.
Notes
- For an added kick, consider adding some chili flakes to the sauce.
