- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for pink glaze)
- 2 tablespoons fresh strawberry puree (for pink glaze)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for pink glaze)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for white drizzle)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (for white drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream and buttermilk. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler. Drizzle over the pink glaze.
Notes
- For a more intense strawberry flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of strawberry extract.
- Make sure the cake is completely cool before glazing to prevent the glaze from melting and sliding off.
- For a smooth glaze, ensure that the powdered sugar is sifted before mixing with the liquids.
