Description
Delicious puff pastry treats filled with peanut butter and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet Wewalka Puff Pastry
- 2 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 heaping cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add peanut butter, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar to a small bowl and stir until smooth.
- Unroll puff pastry dough on package parchment. Spread peanut butter mixture in a thin layer over dough.
- Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Roll from the long side, pinching the seam to seal.
- Use a serrated knife to slice into about 12, 1 inch slices.
- Place on a lined or greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° for about 16-18 minutes.
- Remove from baking sheet immediately.
Notes
- For best results, serve warm.
- These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
