Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in pasta, vegetable broth, and milk.
- Simmer until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in spinach and parmesan until creamy.
