A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip that is perfect for any gathering.

- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
- Sauté the fresh spinach in a large pot over medium heat until wilted, about 3 minutes. Drain excess moisture if using frozen spinach.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the wilted spinach and artichokes until well combined.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.

- This dip pairs well with tortilla chips, bread, or fresh vegetables.
- For a spicier version, consider adding some red pepper flakes.
