Delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies with a hint of peanut butter and drizzled chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup melted chocolate (for drizzle)
- ¼ cup peanut butter or caramel (for drizzle)
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop large dough balls onto a baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 11–13 minutes. Edges should be golden, centers soft. Let cool 5 mins before transferring.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and peanut butter across each cookie. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Notes
- Ensure butter is softened for easier mixing.
- For chewier cookies, do not overbake.
