Delicious hand pies filled with brie cheese and cranberry sauce, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 4 oz brie cheese (sliced)
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut out circles approximately 4 inches in diameter using a round cutter or glass.
- Place a small dollop of cranberry sauce on one half of each circle, top with a slice of brie, and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired.
- Fold over the other half and seal by pressing down with a fork.
- Mix the egg with a tablespoon of water to create an egg wash, then brush it over the tops of the hand pies.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
