Description

A delicious and healthy frozen yogurt bark topped with fruit, granola, and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup yogurt (any variety)
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons granola
  • 1 Tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon liner.
  2. Spread the yogurt into a thin even layer.
  3. Top with your sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola and chocolate chips.
  4. Place into the freezer for at least 2 hours, until it is completely frozen.
  5. Remove and immediately slice into squares.
  6. Store in an airtight container or a freezer safe plastic bag and place back into the freezer quickly.
  7. To enjoy just remove and slice.

Notes

  • Can add other toppings such as nuts or seeds.
  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
