Description
A delicious and healthy frozen yogurt bark topped with fruit, granola, and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup yogurt (any variety)
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 Tablespoons granola
- 1 Tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon liner.
- Spread the yogurt into a thin even layer.
- Top with your sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola and chocolate chips.
- Place into the freezer for at least 2 hours, until it is completely frozen.
- Remove and immediately slice into squares.
- Store in an airtight container or a freezer safe plastic bag and place back into the freezer quickly.
- To enjoy just remove and slice.
Notes
- Can add other toppings such as nuts or seeds.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
