Description

Deliciously crispy air fryer hashbrowns made with frozen hashbrowns for a quick and easy breakfast side.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (28 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F if using shredded hashbrowns or 390°F if using patties for 5 minutes.
  2. Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and pour or place hashbrowns inside. If using patties, ensure they don’t overlap.
  3. Spray the top of the hashbrowns with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes total for shredded hashbrowns, or 9 minutes total for patties, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve when they are as golden brown on the outside as desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray more olive oil on the hashbrowns before cooking.
