Description
Deliciously crispy air fryer hashbrowns made with frozen hashbrowns for a quick and easy breakfast side.
Ingredients

- 1 bag (28 oz) frozen hashbrowns
- 1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F if using shredded hashbrowns or 390°F if using patties for 5 minutes.
- Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and pour or place hashbrowns inside. If using patties, ensure they don’t overlap.
- Spray the top of the hashbrowns with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 20 minutes total for shredded hashbrowns, or 9 minutes total for patties, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve when they are as golden brown on the outside as desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray more olive oil on the hashbrowns before cooking.
