A refreshing and creamy pineapple smoothie perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple slices, for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
- Toasted coconut flakes, optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, heavy cream (or coconut milk), and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 30–45 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more cream of coconut.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice, a cherry, and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more cream of coconut.
