A refreshing and creamy pineapple smoothie perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Toasted coconut flakes, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, heavy cream (or coconut milk), and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 30–45 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more cream of coconut.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice, a cherry, and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
