Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- Drizzle the creamy dressing over the mixture and toss gently until well-coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
