Description

A hearty and delicious meatball stew cooked in a crock pot, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 celery ribs (sliced)
  • 3 carrots (peeled and cut into large pieces)
  • 3 Russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 32 oz beef broth

Instructions

  1. Add everything into the crock pot. Stir to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
