- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed for crust
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 Oreo cookies, crushed for filling
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- Additional Oreo cookies for topping
- Optional: Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush 15 Oreo cookies finely using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate to set while preparing the filling.
- Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined. Crush 9 Oreo cookies and fold them into the cream cheese mixture. In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Decorate the top with additional Oreo cookies, pressing them slightly into the filling. Optional: Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
