- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Crush 15 Oreo cookies finely using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Refrigerate to set while preparing the filling.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Crush 9 Oreo cookies and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the filling mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Decorate the top with additional Oreo cookies, pressing them slightly into the filling.
- Optional: Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
