This delicious cinnamon swirl cake is moist and flavorful, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 box Yellow cake mix (15 oz. box)
- 1 box Instant vanilla pudding (3 oz. box)
- 4 Eggs (Large, Room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Milk (Whole, Room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Water (Room temperature)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix and pudding mix.
- Add eggs, milk, water, vanilla and mix until batter is smooth. Keep aside.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon.
- Spread some of the cake batter in a greased and floured loaf pan (Dimensions: 9×5). You can also use 2 smaller loaf pans.
- Then, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Spread some more batter on top and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Spread remaining batter on top.
- Use a butter knife to gently swirl everything together.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool down completely.
- Then, gently run a spatula around the cake and remove it from the pan. Enjoy!

- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
- This cake can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
