Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patty: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Assemble the Sliders: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the buns. Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef. Place the top halves of the buns on the cheese.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Brush and Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders generously with the garlic butter mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a slice of pickle or jalapeño on top of the beef before adding the cheese.
- Use a mixture of cheeses for a richer taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch or barbecue.
