Description

Delicious cheesy garlic beef sliders that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Patty: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Assemble the Sliders: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the buns. Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef. Place the top halves of the buns on the cheese.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  4. Brush and Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders generously with the garlic butter mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a slice of pickle or jalapeño on top of the beef before adding the cheese.
  • Use a mixture of cheeses for a richer taste.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch or barbecue.
