Description
Delicious rolls filled with cream cheese and fresh blueberries, drizzled with a lemon glaze.

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tsp milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Rolls
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into the pre-cut triangles.
- Spread a generous tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
- Evenly distribute the blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the Rolls
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare the Glaze
- While rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make a smooth glaze.
- Add lemon zest to the glaze for extra flavor.
- Finish and Serve
- Once baked, remove rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Drizzle the lemon glaze over the warm rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- You can add a pinch of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor.
- If using frozen blueberries, thaw and drain them first to prevent excess moisture.
