Description

A delicious roast beef sandwich topped with nacho cheese sauce and homemade Arby’s sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 16 ounces Thinly Sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce (store bought or homemade)
  • 4 Onion Hamburger Buns
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium high heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce is combined and thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly while you prepare the sandwiches.
  4. Heat the beef broth in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
  5. Add the sliced roast beef into the pan, 1 slice at a time. Allow the beef to soak up the warm broth for a few minutes and then remove from the pan. Continue this process until all the roast beef is heated through.
  6. Microwave the nacho cheese sauce in 20 second intervals until heated through if using store bought or prepare if making homemade cheese sauce.
  7. Place the roast beef slices on the onion buns evenly.
  8. Top each sandwich with the nacho cheese sauce and some of the prepared Arby’s sauce.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
